Seaview Lodge has in the last year been modernised and undergone refurbishment to offer an extremely high standard of luxury accommodation for the discerning holiday-maker. Stylishly decorated throughout in a colour scheme of sea-spray blue and sand, it mirrors the jewel colours of the sea-side it over-looks. It has enclosed gardens at the front and to the rear, with off street parking for 2 cars and on street for several. It will be hard to tear yourself away, but leave you must to sample what this popular area has to offer!
An ideal location for golfers offering the opportunity to play several excellent courses, all within easy reach. Only an enviable 2 minutes’ walk from Nairn Golf Course but also a short drive from many other courses: Nairn Dunbar (5 minutes ), Castle Stuart (15 minutes) and Royal Dornoch (60 minutes), to name a few.
The house is also perfect for families with its beautifully maintained south-facing garden with outdoor furniture, gas barbeque and fire-pit on a large patio making dining outside a lovely option. The large expanse of grass and fences keep children safely contained. Children will love the available bicycles, swing-ball, tennis rackets, paddling pool and plastic tea-sets.
So many leisure pursuits are within a short walking distance: one minute to the beach; 10 minutes along the Victorian promenade to the indoor Swimming Pool and Nairn Leisure Centre, play-park with paddling pool, outdoor gym, tennis courts and Sports Club; and 15 minutes to the picturesque harbour with its 3 restaurants over-looking the pier. Nairn, itself, is an attractive and vibrant county town with its High Street and surrounding area offering quaint cafes, atmospheric pubs, gift shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
Seaview Lodge is stylish, contemporary and comfortable with 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full-equipped kitchen, separate dining-room with patio doors leading to the garden as well as room for storing golf-clubs, everywhere tastefully decorated. The stunning sitting-room is upstairs to take further advantage of the spectacular sea-views. A very popular feature is its fridge with ice-maker to save trips to the kitchen and coming in late July 2016 is the room’s very own built in bar!
When guests are not golfing, cycling ,playing tennis or simply building sand-castles, they can take advantage of Nairn’s unique location to visit the vast and eclectic array of visitor attractions in this area. Many well-known historic sites are nearby, such as Cawdor Castle, Culloden Battle-field, the Cairngorms National Park, as are many well-known whisky distilleries, not to mention picturesque Inverness, capital of the Highlands- a 20 minute drive or mere 15 minute train journey.
